So I've had an account here for years, but never used it. Wondering if the final, permanent mass exodus from LJ might mean a revival of actual blogging? I hope so. I never got the hang of finding where on Tumblr actual conversation might exist, and even though I have an almost entirely cool group of friends & family on the Book of Faces there are some things that, bless their hearts, just aren't appropriate topics for them.

LJ had held the first-place tab in my browser since before browsers HAD tabs, but now I'll put DW there and we'll see whether it ever gets used.

I am still interested in many fandoms, but most of my time goes to knitting, spinning, and weaving (which I now teach, too).
